be careful:
At first they sent several mails from a Microsoft account, with a hint to a ticketID and unused resources of Office365.
First it seems authentic but it isn`t. A closer look will tell the truth. You can identify it by wrong spelling and some weird urls.
Btw. I haven`t created a ticket at microsoft, that was the first lie?
Today the phone call about same topic.
Also microsoft will not
